Semi-dry machining is an eco-friendly cutting technology.
It not only reduces cutting oil consumption and the costs associated with oiling equipment disposal and waste oil processing,
but also extends cutting tool life and maintains machining accuracy.
The ECOSAVER minimal quantity lubrication system atomizes oil using compressed air to generate mist within its container.
This microscopic oil mist (microfog) is then precisely supplied with air from the container.
The "Eco-Saver KEP-WR-SET" is ideal for applications where cutting fluid is supplied via an external nozzle.
This includes various machines such as lathes, sawing machines, hobbing machines, and machining centers.
