Semi-dry processing is an eco-friendly cutting technology that not only reduces the quantity of cutting oil used or reduces the cost of disposal of oiling equipment and waste oil processing, but also increases the cutting tool life and maintains the cutting accuracy.
ECOSAVER®, the minimal quantity lubrication system, generates mist inside the container by atomizing oil by using compressed air to only supply microscopic oil mist along with air to the outside of the container.
"Eco-Saver KEP4" reliably supplies mist with a particle size of around 1µm.
It ensures cutting fluid reaches the machining point immediately upon operation, even with high-speed rotating machining centers or complex piping. -

It not only reduces cutting oil consumption and the costs associated with oiling equipment disposal and waste oil processing,
but also extends cutting tool life and maintains machining accuracy.
The ECOSAVER minimal quantity lubrication system atomizes oil using compressed air to generate mist within its container.
This microscopic oil mist (microfog) is then precisely supplied with air from the container.
The "Eco-Saver KEP-WR-SET" is ideal for applications where cutting fluid is supplied via an external nozzle.
This includes various machines such as lathes, sawing machines, hobbing machines, and machining centers. -

Semi-dry machining is an eco-friendly cutting technology that reduces cutting oil consumption,
lowers costs for oiling equipment and waste oil processing, extends tool life, and maintains machining accuracy.
The "Eco-Saver" minimal quantity lubrication system for semi-dry machining atomizes oil using compressed air,
generating mist within its container. This microscopic mist (microfog) is then supplied with air out of the container.
The "Eco-Saver KEP-V" features a large discharge oil quantity of up to 200ml/h,
making it suitable for component machining and other applications that require a wetter oil consistency than conventional methods. -
